By using recipes that include honey as an ingredient, we may promote the use of honey in cookery and educate beekeepers in how to use a portion of their crop.
Credit is given where the source is known, but generally these recipes have appeared in various beekeeping magazines and newsletters. They are in no particular order, but when a large number have been gathered they will be sorted into categories.
Pick Me Up Cocktail

Stuffed Turkey Breast

Method:-
Mix the dressing ingredients in a blender set at low speed. Place the turkey in a baking tray with 1/4 cup of water.

Heavy Pudding

Method:-
Grate the rinds coarsely, cutting deeply into the white portion of the rind.
Heat the milk. Sprinkle in the semolina; stir well while cooking for 10 minutes. Not too bad for diabetics ! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
A 'Cup' is approximately 235 ml. A Tablespoon is 15 ml and a Teaspoon is 5 ml.
